journals

Elite athletes around the world use journaling to help them face the tough challenges of sports. Journaling means writing down your thoughts and feelings about what happens every day, including the sports you play. Over time, these writings create a kind of “map” of yourself. It helps you see how you’ve changed and what patterns there are in your thoughts and feelings. Most of what we do every day comes from our unconscious mind, which means we’re not always aware of it.

Elite athletes have found that bringing these hidden thoughts to the surface can help them solve tough problems they face in sports. These problems include how to get better every day, stay consistent, and find joy in sports like we did when we were younger.

So, start on your journey to becoming better at your sport.  The purpose of this journal is to not only let you journal, but to teach you how to do it in a helpful way.  Many athletes don’t journal because they simply don’t know how it can be helpful to their process. Our goal is to change that perception.
